Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the General Electric IC3606SPCC1H 006/10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jokab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ime-Antivibr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jokab such as the JSBRT8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CJ1WPD025CJ1MCPU13SCU41V1AD81V1TC101 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CW13IME94080438 by Manufacturer Ime-Antivibr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pilz Brand P2HZ52S2O in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Intec-Corp such as 7960019 equipment made by Intec-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intec-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intec-Corp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASB840108 made by Gould as well as the popular 7190771 original spares produced by Parko-Electronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8000X3052 by Kilovac and 7960019 spares by Intec-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
